Terms and Conditions

Welcome to IMPRESSO. These Terms of Use are between you and Xobaedi Sàrl (“IMPRESSO”). The terms “us,” “we,” the “Company” or “IMPRESSO” refer to Xobaedi Sàrl or IMPRESSO Labs. IMPRESSO Labs is a project of Xobaedi Sàrl which has also developed the IMPRESSO App (“App”).

INTRODUCTION

The core functionality of the App is to provide Profile Validation for users. So that our users will know that other users on the App are real people and not fakes. Only validated identities are allowed to be on the IMPRESSO App. Just like opening up a bank account or requesting services from a company, the bank or the company you are dealing with will want to know who you are and if who you say you are is really you. Users that are not validated cannot access the main functionalities of the App.

IMPRESSO services also promotes face to face meetups of validated professionals for business or career advancement. IMPRESSO promotes only real people only unlike other Apps with millions of unvalidated users that could be potentially fake. IMPRESSO also promotes meetups venues for users. The validation information collected is not shared and is not accessible to users.

To be able to provide an easy to use, effective, useful and safe experience for all our users, we request the use and access of the user's device features listed below, to make it easier for the user to get validated and to have a better user experience on the App:

IMPRESSO credits or tokens are called ESSO and OCHA. They can be transacted between users while using the IMPRESSO App or by purchasing it from the App store. Just like in a gaming app where users can gain credits, crowns or jewels. And like gaming apps IMPRESSO tokens can be used in the app to make in App purchases. IMPRESSO App will be available soon on both Apple App Store and the Google Play store. IMPRESSO tokens are also available to be purchased in partner exchanges also known as Crypto/swap exchanges.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement.
By creating an account and using the IMPRESSO app, whether through a mobile device, mobile application or computer (collectively, the “Service”) you agree to be bound by (i) these Terms of Use, (ii) our Privacy Policy https://www.impressoapp.com/privacy and Safety Tips https://www.impressoapp.com/safetytips, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement, and (iii) any terms disclosed and agreed to by you if you purchase additional features, products or services we offer on the Service (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

We may make changes to this Agreement and to the Service from time to time. We may do this for a variety of reasons including to reflect changes in or requirements of the law, new features, or changes in business practices. The most recent version of this Agreement will be posted on the Service under Settings and also on and you should regularly check for the most recent version. The most recent version is the version that applies. If the changes include material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you in advance of the changes by reasonable means, which could include notification through the Service or via email. If you continue to use the Service after the changes become effective, then you agree to the revised Agreement.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on IMPRESSO and use the Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you can form a binding contract with IMPRESSO and you will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.

If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a business or third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so and to bind that business or third party to this Agreement, and your agreement will be treated as their respective agreement. In this event, IMPRESSO may hold you responsible for violations of this Agreement by that business or third party, and "you," "your" and "party" will also refer and apply to that business or third party.

2. Your IMPRESSO Account.

In order to use the IMPRESSO App, you may sign in using your email or social media login. If you do so, you authorize us to access and use certain account information of those email or social media providers. For more information regarding the information we collect from you and how we use it, please consult our Privacy Policy.

The location function in the app has to be turned on to be able to use this Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials you use to sign up for IMPRESSO, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials. If you think someone has gained access to your account, please immediately contact smartcv @ impressolabs.io.

3. The IMPRESSO App Features.

The IMPRESSO app enables you to use various features for networking and job search.

a) Validation of identity and location.

Get validated online on your identity and location. You can provide ID information via your passport, national ID card or driving license.

b) Validation of educational and career documents.

Get your educational and career history validated. In order to validate your career documents, you can upload copies of educational or work certificates into your IMPRESSO account or provide a link to a validated certificate. You can also request document validation from IMPRESSO and other IMPRESSO users.

c) Meetups.

You can invite other users for professional meetups via the meetup function of the IMPRESSO app. You can also be invited for a meetup by a recruiter.

In future, you will be able to utilize locations proposed by IMPRESSO for meetups.

d) Chat.

Chat with other users in the IMPRESSO app.

e) Job search. “Coming Soon”

Search and view job offers in your region.

In future, you will be able to search for jobs also in other regions.

f) User search. “Coming Soon”

Search and view other users of IMPRESSO, including recruiters.

g) IMPRESSO tokens.

You can purchase tokens from the IMPRESSO App, by using your credit card.

Purchases can also be made through our official partners.

Use your tokens for requests from IMPRESSO, such as validation of your profile and certificates, or use your tokens for interactions with other users, such as to view their profile, request meetups, to validate a document or for any other feature requests.

You can also receive tokens from IMPRESSO and other users, e.g. when other users view your profile, when you fulfil a request from other users or when you are eligible for bonus credits from IMPRESSO.

Example of uses cases of tokens:

A user can only access the Apps networking working features between users only if the user has ESSO tokens in their wallet.
Tokens are required as a payment system when a user requests for verification of their career information.
Recruiters requesting for a candidate's verification will use ESSO tokens as a payment system for their requests.
Recruiter NODEs will utilize tokens to validate a user's career information.

Token transfers from the IMPRESSO App to your external crypto wallet is possible under certain conditions. These conditions are specified in the App while the transfer is being requested. The user must agree to these conditions before the request can be executed. An example of a condition: External wallet must belong to the user solely to the user.

Please note that transferring your tokens out from the IMPRESSO App to your external wallet is not recommended and the Company does not take any responsibility if the transfer is unsuccessful or if your tokens are lost during the process. As transferring of tokens can be made through the app by anyone that has access to your phone you are solely responsible to make sure that no one else has access to your phone to be able to transfer your tokens without your permission, prior authorization or knowledge.The Company takes no responsibility for any transfers that was not authorized by you in any circumstances.

You are also responsible to fulfill all legal requirements in your country of location if there should be any legal requirements or laws to follow for such a transfer or the use of crypto tokens or similar technology tokens outside of the IMPRESSO App.

h) Recruiter Node.

The recruiter node is a virtual device within the IMPRESSO blockchain network. Through a subscription model, a recruiter will be able to access the recruiter node on the network. The subscription will allow for premium access to users' verified data. Some examples of verified data are; career references, salary and job dates. Recruiter nodes are limited by region. The subscription model is not automatic and requires recruiter meeting conditions provided by the Company. The application for access to the recruiter node requires prior approval by the Company. Applicants will be required to send their request through the Company website. Recruiters who are subscribed to the recruiter nodes are also known on the IMPRESSO App as CV Notaries or Resume Notaries depending on the region.

i) IMPRESSO NFT.

NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens) is to allow users to secure their verified career data as a digital asset that allows the user to safely share, rent or sell their career information with others.

j) Job boards. “Coming Soon”

Check out the Job boards in the IMPRESSO app, where you can search for jobs and request meetups with recruiters.

k) Venue for meet ups.

Check out the main feed on the IMPRESSO app, where you can view a list of potential venues for your professional meetup.

l) User career data.

Users will be able to verify their career information and after their data / information is verified. Once your career information is verified you will be able to share it for free or through a transactional token process where the requestor (other users on IMPRESSO) would like to access your information. If you agree to provide access through the token transactional process then your career data will be accessible to the other users in which you have granted access too. Once the access is provided it will continue to be accessible to the other users until the date of expiration or time period of the access. This time period continues even if your account is no longer active, blocked, suspended, closed or you have requested for your account to be deleted. Once the expiration date is reached or the time period has exceeded only then will your data be inaccessible to the users you granted access too.

4. Modifying the Service and Termination.

IMPRESSO is always striving to improve the Service and bring you additional functionality that you will find engaging and useful. This means we may add new product features or enhancements from time to time as well as remove some features, and if these actions do not materially affect your rights or obligations, we may not provide you with notice before taking them. We may even suspend the Service entirely, if necessary, and will do our best to notify you in advance.

You may request to terminate your IMPRESSO account at any time, for any reason, by contacting us at smartcv @ impressolabs.io. IMPRESSO may terminate your account at any time without notice if it believes that you have violated this Agreement. Upon such termination, you will not be entitled to any new tokens. The token balances that you have in your IMPRESSO App wallet needs to be transferred out to your external wallet within 30 days. After the 30 day period upon termination of your account you will no longer have access to your account on the IMPRESSO App. After your account is terminated, this Agreement will terminate, except that the following provisions will still apply to you and IMPRESSO: Section 5, Section 6, and Sections 12 through 18.

5. Your Interactions with Other Users and Safety.

IMPRESSO is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off of the Service. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other users, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person. In addition, you agree to review and follow IMPRESSO’s Safety Tips prior to using the Service. You agree that you will not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise send money, to other users.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IMPRESSO DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS USERS OR OTHERWISE INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUND OF ITS USERS. IMPRESSO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF USERS.

IMPRESSO IS NOT AN OFFICIAL REPLACEMENT FOR ANY NOTARY, FIDUCIARY OR LEGAL OFFICE IN ANY COUNTRY OR FOR ANY GOVERNMENT.

6. Rights IMPRESSO Grants You.

IMPRESSO grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, nonexclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service. This license is for the sole purpose of letting you use and enjoy the Service’s benefits as intended by IMPRESSO and permitted by this Agreement. Therefore, you agree not to:

use the Service or any content contained in the Service for any commercial purposes without our written consent.
copy, modify, transmit, create any derivative works from, make use of, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, images, trademarks, trade names, service marks, or other intellectual property, content or proprietary information accessible through the Service without IMPRESSO’s prior written consent.
express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by IMPRESSO.
use any robot, bot, spider, crawler, scraper, site search/retrieval application, proxy or other manual or automatic device, method or process to access, retrieve, index, “data mine,” or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents.
use the Service in any way that could interfere with, disrupt or negatively affect the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.
upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Service.
forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Service.
“frame” or “mirror” any part of the Service without IMPRESSO’s prior written authorization.
use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to IMPRESSO or the Service (or any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo or slogan of IMPRESSO) to direct any person to any other website for any purpose.
modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Service, or cause others to do so.
use or develop any third-party applications that interact with the Service or other users’ Content or information without our written consent.
use, access, or publish the IMPRESSO application programming interface without our written consent.
probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our Service or any system or network.
encourage or promote any activity that violates this Agreement.

The Company may investigate and take any available legal action in response to illegal and/ or unauthorized uses of the Service, including termination of your account.

Any software that we provide you may automatically download and install upgrades, updates, or other new features.

7. Rights You Grant IMPRESSO.

By creating an account, you grant to IMPRESSO a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, right and license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, modify and distribute information you authorize us to access from your Facebook, LinkedIn or Google accounts, as well as any information you post, upload, display or otherwise make available (collectively, “post”) on the Service or transmit to other users (collectively, “Content”).

YOU ARE AWARE THAT SUCH INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO IMPRESSO MIGHT BE PERSONAL AND/OR PRIVATE. NEVERTHELESS, YOU AUTHORIZE IMPRESSO TO USE THE INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION.

IMPRESSO’s license to your Content shall be non-exclusive, except that IMPRESSO’s license shall be exclusive with respect to derivative works created through use of the Service. For example, IMPRESSO would have an exclusive license to screenshots of the Service that include your Content. In addition, so that IMPRESSO can prevent the use of your Content outside of the Service, you authorize IMPRESSO to act on your behalf with respect to infringing uses of your Content taken from the Service by other users or third parties. This expressly includes the authority, but not the obligation, to send notices on your behalf if your Content is taken and used by third parties outside of the Service.

Our license to your Content is subject to your rights under applicable law and is for the limited purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service and researching and developing new ones. You agree that any Content you place or that you authorize us to place on the Service may be viewed by other users and may be viewed by any person participating in the Service or visiting it (such as individuals who may receive shared Content from other IMPRESSO users).

You agree that all information that you submit or upload upon creation of your account is accurate and truthful and you have the right to post the Content on the Service and grant the license to IMPRESSO above.

You understand and agree that we may monitor or review any Content you post as part of a Service. We may delete any Content, in whole or in part, that in our sole judgment violates this Agreement or may harm the reputation of the Service.

You may not disclose any information about IMPRESSO's pricing, metrics, member demographics or beta features. IMPRESSO reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the Service as further described in the Agreement.

In consideration for IMPRESSO allowing you to use the Service, you agree that we, our affiliates, and our third-party partners may place advertising on the Service. By submitting suggestions or feedback to IMPRESSO regarding our Services, you agree that IMPRESSO may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensating you.

You agree that IMPRESSO may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary, such as to: (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce this Agreement; (iii) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company or any other person.

8. Rules for using the Service.
By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.
use the Service in order to damage IMPRESSO.
spam, solicit money from or defraud any users.
impersonate any person or entity or post any images of another person without his or her permission.
bully, “stalk,” intimidate, assault, harass, mistreat or defame any person.
post any Content that violates or infringes anyone’s rights, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or contract right.
solicit passwords for any purpose, or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users or disseminate another person’s personal information without his or her permission.
use another user’s account.
create another account if we have already terminated your account, unless you have our permission.

IMPRESSO reserves the right to investigate and/ or terminate your account without a refund of any purchases if you have violated this Agreement, misused the Service or behaved in a way that IMPRESSO regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications that occur on or off the Service.

9. Other Users’ Content.

Although IMPRESSO reserves the right to review and remove Content that violates this Agreement, such Content is the sole responsibility of the user who posts it, and IMPRESSO cannot guarantee that all Content will comply with this Agreement. If you see Content on the Service that violates this Agreement, please report it within the Service or via email on smartcv @ impressolabs.io.

10. Purchase of IMPRESSO Credits/Tokens and Received or rewarded Free/Promotional/Referral tokens.

You may purchase IMPRESSO tokens in your IMPRESSO account. You agree to pay IMPRESSO all charges at the prices displayed to you for the amount of IMPRESSO tokens you’ve selected as well as any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your payments, and you authorize IMPRESSO to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”). IMPRESSO may correct any billing errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment made with your Payment Method, IMPRESSO may terminate your account immediately in its sole discretion.

You may edit your Payment Method in your IMPRESSO Profile. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your Payment Method information, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. In addition, you authorize us to obtain updated or replacement expiration dates and card numbers for your credit or debit card as provided by your credit or debit card issuer. The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method.

Refunds. Generally, all charges for purchases are non-refundable. Purchases of IMPRESSO tokens are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

IMPRESSO will from time to time have direct or indirect promotions through the IMPRESSO App or through our partners. During such promotions which include physical and online marketing events, credits and tokens are distributed for free or at a discounted price depending on the promotion at the time. The terms and conditions of such promotions are listed below if you choose to participate in the promotion.

IMPRESSO may choose not to distribute such promotional tokens to you if we find that you are in direct or indirect violation of any terms and conditions of this document or any rules or requirements of the promotion. The decision not to distribute promotional tokens to you cannot be disputed in any way and is final. IMPRESSO does not need to provide any reasons for this decision. IMPRESSO is not responsible in any way for any direct or indirect loss of monetary or non-monetary value that you have or may have been impacted too while participating in the promotion. All promotions are subject to a time period of validity and IMPRESSO can choose to extend, shorten or terminate this time period at any time.

a). You may receive free tokens when you sign up on the IMPRESSO App and refer a friend to the App. To qualify for this promotion, both you and the friend you referred to must complete the entire sign up process and have a completed profile on the App which includes the verification of your identity. Your referred friend must also have a complete profile on the App which includes the verification of their identity. The verification of identity is through the submission of either one of the following official documents issued by a governmental authority: Passport or national identity card or drivers license. In some cases additional actions are required to receive these reward tokens, for example (but not limited to) both you and the person you referred the App to must both have 2 verified references on the App.

b). You may receive free tokens when you sign up on the IMPRESSO App and share the IMPRESSO App on mainstream social media. You are only eligible to participate if your social media account has a minimum of 100 followers or connected friends. To qualify for this promotion, both you and the friend you referred to must complete the entire sign up process and have a completed profile on the App which includes the verification of your identity. The verification of identity is through the submission of either one of the following official documents issued by a governmental authority: Passport or national identity card or drivers license.

c). Current promotion as of August 18th, 2022 to December 31st, 2022, referral programs in some countries will receive the equivalent of CHF50 in IMPRESSO tokens for both the invitee and invitor to the App. Both you and the person receiving the referral invite from you must have at least 2 verified references on your profile. This also includes the prerequisite of already having a verified profile.

11. Disclaimers.

IMPRESSO PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE (INCLUDING ALL CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IMPRESSO DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR FREE, (B) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED, OR (C) THAT ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION YOU OBTAIN ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE.

IMPRESSO TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTENT THAT YOU OR ANOTHER USER OR THIRD PARTY POSTS, SENDS OR RECEIVES THROUGH THE SERVICE. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

IMPRESSO TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST OF YOUR TOKENS IN THE APP DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT. EXAMPLES OF FAULTS CAN VARY FROM BUT NOT LIMITED TO; TEMPERING WITH THE IMPRESSO APP ITSELF OR THAT THE YOUR DEVICE HAS BEEN JAILBROKEN OR YOUR DEVICE HAS BEEN HACKED OR COMPROMISED IN ANYWAY.

IMPRESSO TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY LOST OF YOUR TOKENS WHEN YOU MAKE A TRANSFER OF YOUR TOKENS TO AN EXTERNAL WALLET. THIS ALSO INCLUDES ANY UNAUTHORIZED REQUEST MADE OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR PHONE LEADING TO THE REQUEST.

12. Third Party Services.

The Service may contain advertisements and promotions offered by third parties and links to other web sites or resources. IMPRESSO is not responsible for the availability (or lack of availability) of such external websites or resources. If you choose to interact with the third parties made available through our Service, such party’s terms will govern their relationship with you. IMPRESSO is not responsible or liable for such third parties’ terms or actions.

13. Limitation of Liability.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL IMPRESSO, ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, LICENSORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, REPUTATION OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE, (II) THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES ON, THROUGH, OR FOLLOWING USE OF THE SERVICE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT, EVEN IF IMPRESSO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL IMPRESSO’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO IMPRESSO FOR THE SERVICE WHILE YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Governing Law.

The laws of Switzerland, excluding Switzerland’s conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, the choice of governing law shall not supersede any mandatory consumer protection legislation in such jurisdictions.

15. Venue.

Except for users residing in the EU or European Economic Area, who may bring claims in their country of residence in accordance with applicable law, and except for claims that may be properly brought in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction in the county in which you reside, all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, to the Service, or to your relationship with IMPRESSO will be litigated exclusively in the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.

16. Indemnity by You.

17. Entire Agreement; Other.

This Agreement, with the Privacy Policy, the Terms of the IMPRESSO credit sale and any terms, as amended from time to time, disclosed and agreed to by you, if you purchase additional features, products or services we offer on the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and IMPRESSO regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that your IMPRESSO account is non-transferable and all of your rights to your account and its Content terminate upon your death. No agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary or other special relationship or employment is created as a result of this Agreement and you may not make any representations on behalf of or bind IMPRESSO in any manner.

IMPRESSO LABS

IMPRESSO Labs ("us", "we", or "our") operates the IMPRESSO Labs website (the "Service"), accessible from www.impressoapp.com and the IMPRESSO App on the Apple and Google App Stores. IMPRESSO Labs is a project of Xobaedi Sàrl which has also developed the IMPRESSO App.

Information Collection and Use
The core functionality of the App is to provide Profile Validation for users. So that our users will know that other users on the App are real people and not fakes. Only validated identities are allowed to be on the IMPRESSO App. Just like opening up a bank account or requesting services from a company, the bank or the company you are dealing with will want to know who you are and if who you say you are is really you. Users that are not validated cannot access the main functionalities of the App.

IMPRESSO services also promotes face to face meet up of validated professionals for business or career advancement.

IMPRESSO promotes only real people only unlike other Apps with millions of unvalidated users that could be potentially fake. IMPRESSO also promotes meet up venues for users. The validation information collected is not shared and is not accessible to users.

In order to collect this information and to be able to provide an easy to use, useful and safe experience for all our users, we request the use and access of the user's device features listed below:

Request Account Closure and Data Deletion

Or send us an email as per the contact us information in this document, please use the same email address you registered with us. If you used your APPLE ID to sign up and did not provide us with your email, you are requested to verify your email address with us using the IMPRESSO App so that we can know that it is really you.

After 30 days of your account deletion request confirmation, your account and all your information will be permanently deleted, and you won't be able to retrieve your information. During those 30 days the content remains subject to IMPRESSO’s Terms and Conditions and is not accessible to you or to other users.

It may take up to 90 days to complete the deletion process after it begins. Copies of your content may remain after the 90 days in backup storage that we use to recover in the event of a disaster, software error, or other data loss event. We may also keep your information for reasons like legal issues, terms violations, or harm prevention efforts.

Please note that if you have given access to your data to other users like example to recruiters. These accesses will continue to be accessible to these users even after your request to delete or close your account has been confirmed as per IMPRESSO’s Terms and Conditions. This access will continue to be available until the allocated time of the access runs out.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
